Natural wine is made with minimal chemical and technological intervention in growing grapes and making them into wine.
We have decided to try our hand at making natural wines. This year we found a beautiful, wild and chemical free block of vines not far from us. It's almost "dry" being watered only twice in the season. The fruit is small, but really strong in flavour. We hand picked, foot stomped and let everything ferment naturally.
Here is a little video of our first small run of natural white wine, to give you a small insight in to the process. We loved it and hope you do too.
